KP Series casters are built with our patented Double Ball Kingboltless swivel head for unmatched capacity, durability, and performance. performance. A large 6-1/2 € diameter swivel head is securely welded to a 1/2 € top plate that can be bolted or welded on.

Two precision machined and hardened raceways house 50 x 1/2 € diameter ball bearings to ensure smooth swiveling under both vertical and horizontal loads. Our double raceways substantially reduce swivel force compared to the single-ball races used on most casters. The Kingboltless design eliminates the weakest point in a caster, the kingpin, making the KP ideal for punishing towline and shock load applications.
